Attached is the form to purchase Chicago Fire tickets. Please print the form, fill out, and return to Rich Kuhlman. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

OUTDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION
|
Outdoor soccer online registration is now open. Chicago Fire ticket packs are available for purchase by contacting Rich Kuhlman at rjkuhlman@comcast.net. Please note that these tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost for outdoor soccer is $85 for Kindergarten & 1st grades; $95 for 2nd - 8th grades.
The outdoor season will start in late August and run through the end of October. There will be one game during the week (Mon-Thur) at 6:00 p.m. and one game on Saturday with start times at 9:00 a.m. and running every hour until all teams in the division have played. Practices will be held at the coaches discretion.
Instructional league will play at Mark DeLay; Boys/Girls Div III (2nd & 3rd grades) will play at the Darien Swim & Racquet Club or Smart Oaks; Boys/Girls Div II (4th & 5th grades) will be at Darien Swim & Racquet Club; Boys/Girls Div I (6th-8th grades) will be at Prairieview. This is subject to change depending on enrollment.

REFUND POLICY
|
Refunds will be issued prior to the start of the regular season play for the sport in which a child is registered. No refund will be issued once the regular season starts. Refund requests must be made in writing and must include a copy of the original registration receipt. A $10 processing fee will also be charged. The late registration fee will not be refunded. Refunds will be made by check payable to the individual and sent to the address listed on the original registration form. Baseball/Softball raffle tickets will not be refunded. Refund requests should be sent to: Darien Youth Club, P.O. Box 2129, Darien, Illinois 60561.
